We entered the restaurant and were directed to a table by a staff member. (Party of 4) After sitting at the table for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment, no menus or silverware brought to the table, no one greeted us, no one said hello , or we will be right with you , nothing. The wait staff were pointing in our general direction, but it appeared as if they just did not want to wait on our table at all. We got up and walked out. Very poor experience!! I give it TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
We had lunch everyday this week at Ambel and the lunch was incredible. Seafood was fresh and delicious. We also rented the beach chairs on the beach and it was so convenient for my two year old because the umbrellas are not close to one another. Nestled along the stunning coastline of dhermi the ambiance is relaxed and inviting, with the sound of waves adding to the charm. Service is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home!! Highly recommend
I would have given 0 stars for todays visit if I could! Waited 25 mins for drinks. Then all our food was wrong. Ordered no onions due to an allergy and the server/manager said ?CAN YOU JUST EAT IT?? Then everyone else?s was messed up also! Waited foralmost 30 minutes just to have one of the three omelettes fixed. Worst service ever!!!
What a little treasure in Knoxville. Stumbled across this little gem looking for something different; if I lived closure I 'd be a regular. Our server Amber wow girl 5 stars. We ate at Amber's. We all got our food at different times. My omelet was terrible,my husband's fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. Safe to say we will not go back. Our waitress was pitiful.
Food is great. Staff awesome. The country fried steak with gravy is good beyond description. Only on Wednesday and Sunday I believe though. PLEASE SERVE EVERY DAY!
Service was terrible, and rude. The food was disgusting. Most of it was served cold, oily, and not cooked through

Biggest burgers I’ve ever seen. Mine was 5” tall. Juicy!
