Arrived for dinner on 02/28/2020. Reservation was for 5:30pm. Seated and ordered cocktails for myself and wife. Appetizers were good, the crab cakes(2) and calamari. I had previously looked on line at the entree menu to get an idea of what to order, but the actual menu was different. I ordered the rib eye steak medium well and the wife ordered the shrimp and crab risotto on the waitress recommendation. My rib eye steak in actuality was similar to a skirt steak that was salty. The seasoning was Monterrey Steak Seasoning that was too much. My wife's entree was a like paste,over cooked and bland. on the first Friday of lent we enjoyed a great dinner with friends in amber. amber had wonderful seafood specialties as well as her ingenious white fish over cous -cous and salmon with an Asian flare to choose from. my man had risotto with grief and garnel and he said it was the best risotto he had ever had! the crispy brussel sprouts with balsamico glaze side dish is incredible. I did not want to share it with others; we had an efficient, friendly service of sashka making it a great night overall.
My friends and I had a fantastic dinner at Amber on the first Friday of Lent. They had amazing seafood specials, including delicious whitefish over couscous and salmon with an Asian twist. My husband tried the lobster and shrimp risotto and said it was the best he's ever had! The crispy brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze were incredibly good - I didn't want to share them with anyone else. Our server, Sashka, was efficient and friendly, making it a perfect night overall.
Very nice experience on Christmas Eve. My rib eye was tender and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the scallops with risotto. Service was attentive, not rushed. Atmosphere was pleasant, not crazy busy like some other restaurants we have been to on Christmas Eve in past years.

Went for valentines dinner. Ordered the mushroom ravioli. Wife had the steak Diane. Both were excellent. The lava cake was perfect also. The price is reasonable for a place like this. Music wasn’t too load. Ambiance was romantic for couples. Not recommended for kids.
My fiancé has been to both Amber and Topaz many times, but this was my first visit. I loved the food, the atmosphere, and especially our server. I will definitely be returning!
We were celebrating the Christmas Season with friends. Everything was very good. We did wish we could have had an after dinner drink but they don’t do that except port.

Neither my wife nor I were impressed with the food. The ambiance and service were good, but I didn't think the food was good for the price.
