Our experience at The American Bounty was exceptionally disappointing. While we recognize that the chefs and servers are students, the service was subpar (to say the least). Most of the dishes we were served should not have left the kitchen. Of everything we ordered, only the complimentary appetizer (a type of crostini), the dinner rolls, and my snapper were at all palatable. My wife's mussels arrived cold, and the side dish that accompanied the snapper was also cold and tasted like it was a day old (when it was meant to be served hot). I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5. The service was exceptional as well, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, which added to my enjoyment of the meal, so I give it a solid 5 as well. Plus, there's plenty of parking available with a free parking lot, making it super convenient. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

One the mitchellin star like restaurant , where everything is managed by CIA students . You have to book reservations well in advance, almost one or two months in advance , as spots are hard to find . They change their menu very often , they do very innovative work in making making these dishes . I recommend trying out their cocktails and desserts. Service: Dine in Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Management took the tips we left for our server! Inexcusable!! Read the menu closely and ask questions, TIPS LEFT HERE DO NOT GO TO YOUR SERVER! According to management it goes in a scholarship fund. This is actually wage theft. American Bounty dupes and lies to it's customers, and steals from it's workers. Someone should be arrested.
