American Burger Delivery Contagem

I ordered a burger on 01/01, and spent more than 2 hours waiting for the snack. There were 6 burgers, nothing that justifies all this waiting time. I understand that it would be busy that day, as it is one of the few places open on New Year's Eve, but it is unacceptable for customers to wait more than 2 hours for a snack. They could have hired more employees during this period, so as not to compromise the quality of service. Service: Take out

The food is good but the service is non-existent, I had a problem with my order, I sent a message via iFood, called the number in the note and what's on Google and they didn't respond. The order packaging broke on its own and my entire order fell to the floor and it's all my problem it seems Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Terrible service! We placed an order on New Year's Eve and it simply took more than an hour and a half for delivery. We contacted the store, but there was no response. The phone number they provide does not exist, meaning there is no way to contact the restaurant. I don't recommend it unless you want a headache.
