I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking as employees were more focused on their phones than helping customers. My daughter had to wait a long time for her food with minimal interaction from the staff. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in my food. After receiving poor service, I decided to leave and will not be returning. When I got home, I discovered another hair in my lotus biscoff cookie dough. It seems that hygiene practices, such as wearing hats/hair nets and masks, were not being followed, and employees were using their personal phones while serving customers.
I am thrilled that this restaurant has opened up! The staff is incredibly friendly and the establishment is very clean. I tried the Red Velvet Cookie Dough with Raspberry ripple ice-cream, which was absolutely delicious. The Raspberry ripple ice-cream is some of the best I have ever tasted. The cookie monster sundae was very generous in portion size, almost too much so. The staff had a good understanding of which ice-cream flavors paired well with different items. I highly recommend this place.
I tried this restaurant for the first time last night. Our order initially came with two items missing, but the staff quickly apologized and tried to correct it. However, when the missing items were delivered, the ice creams were still missing. We reported this to the delivery driver but unfortunately, we did not receive a third delivery, a phone call, or a refund. We had to make a quick trip to Tesco to buy some ice cream. It was a shame because the staff who arrived were very friendly.
I tried American Creams for the first time last night. Unfortunately, our initial order was missing two dessert items. They apologized and tried to fix the mistake quickly, but then the two missing items arrived with the ice creams missing. Tried for the first time after a recommendation from a friend, and was not disappointed.Ordered a Cream Dream Shake, and Nutella Crepe.... The cream drsam shake is beautiful, as is the Nutella Crepe, huge portion size and toppings galore.Social distancing was being well observed and the staff were really friendly, I sha definitely be adding this to my list of regular stops.Keep up the good work
Poor customer service, staff sat on phones while my daughter waited for her food, no customer interaction, opened food to find a long hair in,after poor service just left and thought will not return. Only to return home to find another hair in Lotus Biscoff cookie dough! Makes sense now when no staff wearing hats/hair nets/masks and using personal mobiles while serving food.
The restaurant is a nice, clean, and friendly place. This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back again because the milkshakes were delicious. They also serve wraps and other food options. You can place your order by calling them directly.
Small portions, don’t get a lot of toppings. Ice stone prices at less than half the quality. Cookie dough came burnt to a crisp ended up throwing away. Icicles in Waterloo so much better quality better value for money and they cost the same... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Nice clean friendly place. The first time we have been and we will go again as the milkshakes were delicious. They do crepes and other eats as well. To order take away best to phone direct.
