I’m really unhappy with my recent order. I placed it online, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes because they had forgotten part of my order. The wings were overcooked, while the fries were undercooked. The drink I received tasted more like water than anything else. I’m not sure what went wrong, as I’ve always had positive experiences here in the past. This was such a disappointment. I even had to put my fries in the air fryer when I got home! I wouldn’t recommend spending your time here; chances are, you’ll be let down too.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible; the wings were overcooked, and the drink tasted heavily watered down. The service was also lackluster, which is a shame since I expected better. I felt that I deserved a refund for my meal. The fries were undercooked, and the wings had barely any sauce on them, making them taste bland and just like water with some food coloring mixed in. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—what a letdown!
I was there picking up an order for DoorDash. I haven't eaten at this American Deli yet, but it's my favorite place to get fried tilapia. But I never give a five-star rating unless I've actually eaten at the restaurant, unless the customer service when I pick up an order for delivery is exceptional.
The rice is so good! It had fresh veggies in it. The fish was tasty too,whiting. My hubby had the steak Philly, it was average. Hot fries. Tea was perfect,not over sweetened. Service was friendly. The chicken looked Soo good. Next time we will try the wings. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This American Deli is pretty good. As always they have a wide assortment of foods that I sure to assists with anyones taste buds. Definitely would recommend with fresh food and the staff is always friendly. No complaints here?
I ordered enough food for three people, but when my daughter needed to use the bathroom, they refused to open it. They also wouldn't refund my money. I’m never going back; this is simply unacceptable.
Great food! Great service! They?re always super busy and the workers are always very friendly! One of my favorite locations to visit they get you in and out!
