My husband and I have been coming here since it opened over 6 years ago, it was one of my favorites as I love the Porcini Mushroom sauce with Filet Mignon and my husband loved the skirt steak. $27 for me $47 for him. I guess not so bad except it used to come in a pasta bowl with slices of meat and now mine comes in a salad bowl with the meat cut into small tiny pieces and mixed into the pasta so you are unaware that you only received 2.5 slices of filet and my husbands steak was so small, a small scoop of mashed potatoes completely covered in the onion string "garnish "of which he dusted off. This review is based on a delivery order 4/5 only bc when I called after trying all the food and how delicious it was, whoever answered the phone seemed to not care and not want to talk bc when I told them I was calling to compliment them on the food I got a “okay?” I was trying to tell them how good the food was and that I look forward to eating there in person I got “okay.” “yeah sure” “okay. Party of 1: Brunch: sat at the bar: I must say this place was absolutely AMAZING! I loved it. The customer service was good the female bartender . I started with the **** Mary which it so happen to be bottom less for brunch. I had the mussels for an appetizer. The mussels were delicious the wine sauce made the difference. I I wanted to drink the left over from the bowl I had the halibut as main course. It had a grilled side with just the perfect seasoning that balanced it out perfectly. What was a game changer for me was the perfect old fashion. I definitely plan to come back when I’m in town. Restroom check: passed with flying colors.

Die Kellnerin war nicht mit unserer Gruppe verlobt. Sie war sehr unaufmerksam und es wirkte sich auf den Abend aus. Das Essen, das normalerweise sehr gut ist, war bestenfalls durchschnittlich. I came here before a movie and it was great. It's very trendy inside with a huge bar. Our server was really nice and provided some great recommendations. We ordered the: truffolini, honey spice pizza, penne firenze, and Oreo cheesecake. The truffolini had pear in it and was delicious. We liked the pizza but have had better (still really good though). The penne firenze wasn't anything special, definitely a dish you can make at home. The Oreo cheesecake was really good too. Overall, I'd definitely recommend trying Americano Pie Bar.
A Tuesday night birthday dinner with a friend and while we've ordered take-out many times and like the food, weren't always game to dine in with the crowds and service but Jules and Eddie changed our minds moving forward. These two young people were so attentive and kind that they elevated our evening. These are the people you want customer facing in you establishment. Thanks, Jules and Eddie, for your great service and adding your smiles and conversation to our celebration!
Beautiful restaurant right in the heart of Islip. Service and food will not disappoint. Highly recommend the Truffle Faggotini stuffed with pears...its to die for!!!
