OMG. My coworker was leaving to go to American best wings at 502 main street, Orange New Jersey to get lunch, and asked if I wanted something in which I proceeded to say yes let me call my order in. I have NEVER been disrespected by simpling asking a question. I asked the rude youg lady that answered the phone can I have all flats in which she said no. I proceeded to ask if I can have half and half in which she said I don't know how there going to come out very rude in the manner and tone that she spoke. I asked to speak with the manager who said he will do the half and half puts mrs rude back on the phone to place my order now the menu says $14,95 for the 10 piece wing with fries and a drin...
I'm going to give them four stars, because the food is amazing. However the customer service needs a whole lot of work! Today's visit was good in terms of customer service because the associate was very professional yet stern, but this hasn't always been the case unfortunately. I've had some encounters with previous staff that were very unprofessional and flat out rude and standoffish! Now to the food, the fish is amazing, the shrimp are out of this world, and the wings are pretty good also! Although very rare, this js one of those cases where I'm willing to sacrifice customer service for such good food at the end of the day.
This is a small to-go wing spot in Orange. They always have a bit of a line so I would recommend you order in advance. I really appreciate that what they do, they do it well. They show you your order before they bag it for quality assurance. The customer service can come across as dry but I appreciate the attention to detail in place of the small talk. The wings looked DELICIOUS and good in size. I ordered the lemon pepper wings which were a dry rub and a cheesesteak with everything (peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and Mayo). Great portion size for the price.
I’ve been ordering food from this place for years, and it’s always fresh and delicious! It’s a shame they don’t offer delivery yet, but that’s okay. The overall atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, particularly in terms of decor, but it’s still fairly clean and decent. The wings here are incredible! The hot sauce is top-notch, and there are so many options to choose from. The service is wonderful! My only complaint is that the parking lot can be quite crowded. I really appreciate being able to call ahead, and they always get my order right!
Wings are good. But black lady at front counter customer service HORRIBLE. Gives you attitude when ordering food then stares and rolls eyes. She does not need to be working at the front counter or store period. I hope she is not the owner. First and last time here.
The chicken wings and chicken tenders are fantastic! Don’t overlook the cheesesteaks—they're delicious too. It’s a small spot, and all orders are to-go, but everything is made fresh to order.

The catfish burger is definitely worth the trip, and the price is great! I give the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
