For just $10–20 per person, the quality of the food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, also a 5 out of 5. Though we enjoyed our meal at home, I can confidently say the atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic—you can feel the lively vibe even through takeout! I highly recommend trying the Wet Lemon Pepper Wings; they were absolutely delicious!
The food here is good, but the staff's attitudes are quite disappointing. I often have a frustrating experience when I call to place my order, which is unfortunate. It seems to be the same person each time—a short woman with light skin—and her demeanor leaves much to be desired. It's hard to understand why someone would treat customers poorly when they chose to work in this business. The quality of the food simply doesn't make up for the unpleasant interactions, which is why I rarely eat here. If staff members recognized that customers have a choice about where to spend their money, they might adopt a more humble approach.
I’ve been ordering food from this place for years, and it’s always fresh and delicious! It’s a shame they don’t offer delivery yet, but that’s okay. The overall atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, particularly in terms of decor, but it’s still fairly clean and decent. The service at the front register is usually good—professional and helpful.
The wings I tried here were quite good. I also ordered some fish with fries, and both were delicious and satisfying. They offer a variety of flavors for the wings, but I opted for a classic. At the Orange, NJ location, I arrived at 9:45 on September 24, 2022, and was asked if I had made a reservation. When I replied that I hadn't, I was informed that they were CLOSED. I left feeling upset. This is not how to treat customers! My family, friends, and I will not be returning. Sincerely,
The wings here are incredible! The hot sauce is top-notch, and there are so many options to choose from. The service is wonderful! My only complaint is that the parking lot can be quite crowded. I really appreciate being able to call ahead, and they always get my order right!
