had a problem with my order and although it took a little while to get someone on the phone, she understood a mistake and got a full refund on my order. despite 30 minutes of closing, her team was still bewildered and cheerful and my supreme pizza that they made was soo delicious, as always. I give pizza hut credit because they are very consistent on the finished product, no matter which condition I visit!
