We’ve just had the worst experience in customer service today, thanks to the bloke that works at Amici (Tony). We’ve never been treated so bad as customers as we were today in a cafe, so if you want to be traumatised from being treated by the rudest, unhelpful waiter, you can find it in Amici. We were asked to leave as we allegedly jumped the queue! I have been coming to this cafe because I like the food and the girls on the till are always lovely including the owner. It was busy when we turned up, we waited, the girls took our food order and we were shown to our table. I popped in here earlier for a cappuccino and scone while my car was being serviced. The staff here are just so lovely and welcoming and seem to really care about their customers and I was greeted like an old friend hence the 4 stars. Sadly I found the coffee too bitter in flavour for my liking and I didn’t really enjoy the scone either which was a shame. It must be said that the bathroom here is lovely and clean which is not often the case in a busy coffee shop.
I have to mention the great quality of food and drinks at this restaurant once again. In addition to that, the staff members are incredibly kind to their customers. We left a custard tart on the table during our last visit, and the kind staff member (named Tony) gave us an extra one during our next visit. It was such a warm and considerate gesture.
We came to surprise my mother in law for her 88th birthday and had a very good lunch. The very nice lady owner and her old Italian mother were so nice to us. I could have kissed them on the cheek if that was allowed. After that day we went back twice for lunch. Although they were understaffed everything went smoothly. I love this place. We regularly visit Cafe Amici because the food service is excellent. We're never disappointed, the quality of the food coffee is consistently good and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We would strongly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good quality food friendly service. In our view it's the best cafe in Fleet.
This coffee shop is our favorite and we visit it regularly. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The coffee is excellent, the cakes are delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere inside and in the courtyard garden is very nice. The owner and staff always make you feel welcome.
Found this cafe by chance after getting passport photos for my baby a few doors down, and it was such a lovely surprise. Beautifully decorated, great coffee, friendly staff and great baby change facilities!

I had a wonderful coffee and BLT sandwich today at this cafe. It is without a doubt the best cafe in Fleet. The service, atmosphere, and food are all fantastic.
