Alex was working the window. When it came time to pay, I realized I forgot my wallet. I informed him and he proactively gave me alternative ways to pay, one being the tap feature on my phone (I've never used yet). Miraculously, I had it setup already. I just want to say for a young fellow he has great trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Those are great attributes for success in life. Thanks Alex
The customer service was awful. I could barely understand the person taking my order. My card was left in the card reader while my food was being prepared, and I had to ask for it back. I didn’t even receive a receipt. It wasn’t busy at all; there were only four cars in the drive-thru, including mine.
