Ami's hasn't been the same since COVID. Last time I went I ordered an Egg cheese on a bagel. Left highly disappointed. For more than $3 you get 1 Bagel, 1 egg, 1 thinly sliced piece of cheese. I can go to other places for $4.15 I can get 2/3 eggs 2 slices of thick cheese leave happy. Time before that (during COVID), they double charged me at the register (it was only around $3 too) when I called them about it they said they'd refund me at some point via square when they saw the double charge. That never happened, but I still wanted to try to support them because $3 was worth it for good bagels. The bagels are still delicious, but their breakfast sandwiches suck now. Not going to return...not...
Really good bagels compared to many other bagel shops. Great selection of bagels and cream cheese. I had a Jalapeno bagel with Lox and cream cheese. They don 't skimp on the cream cheese or the Lox. Omar coffee what could be better than that but they use flavored syrup instead of flavored coffee from Omars. I 'm not a fan of flavored syrup, so I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.Prices were reasonable, lots of parking. Lots of tables to sit and enjoy your bagel. Very popular spot so expect abit of a line and wait. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Will not be back. Waited to be seen for an order and was ignored. After inquiring asking where I was to place my order, the cashier didn't seem to care and I walked out as I didn't care to give them any business. They need to be aware of their customers and treat all with respect. It doesn't matter how busy it is. CUSTOMER service is KEY!
The Bagels are delicious. I live in Brooklyn NY. Came to CT to visit and had a toasted Jalapeño Bagel with butter for breakfast this morning. Yum. Just wish they would have toasted it more so that it's brown crispy crunchy ?Other than that, the bagel was great.

Bagels are great.I asked and payed for 6 bagels but they gave me 5. I also got cream cheese that had a lot of mold on it and didn’t notice any of this until I got home and it was too late to go back. Employees are also very rude.
Great Bagels! The really good bagels run out early so it's best to get there before noon, but all of them are delicious. And you can buy their flavored cream cheeses.
Good service, large variety of bagels but just not as good as the Thomaston Ave location. Bagels lacked the density of a good kosher bagel. More bread than bagel
Favorite bagel place in CT! Don't forget a tub of the chive cream cheese. A little dab will take your average creamed spinach to a whole new level of yum!

I have been going there for years and before that location opened was going to the downtown one. Best Bagels you will ever have!
Best bagel/breakfast spot in Greater Waterbury. Without a doubt.
