I had my lunch today at Ananas with my wife and here is my ratings,Food: We ordered Steak with Cheese subs, chicken burgers, and it was served hot and fresh and also delicious.We also ordered the Tropical Ananas and its a MUST, make sure you try it. I gave their food 5/5Service: This place is under mew management and the owner Hassan is very friendly, welcoming and posses excellent customer skills along with his staff. I give them 5/5cleanliness: Under their new managment i can see cleanliness as their top priority.The place was clean and well maintained so i give them 5/5.I would.definitely visit this place again and i highly recommend it.
This restaurant has the best subs in the area, but their customer service could be improved by adding more staff. For instance, they prioritize phone orders over customers waiting in line to order, and often don't have napkins, condiments, or utensils on the tables. Additionally, they have a strange practice of charging dine-in customers after they finish their meal, which can lead to confusion and customers accidentally leaving without paying.

jalal gave me the best sub i’ve ever head. The taste was phenomenal, the chicken was so tender and juicy and the bread was perfect and crisp. Make sure he makes your sure sub he perfected it.

I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. Our previous experience was poor, but we decided to give it another try, and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning.
The restaurant must serve really great food if people are willing to wait in line for it. I thoroughly enjoyed my sub!
