Service is terrible—this is the second time that we tried to go to Andiamo in Bloomfield and they disappointed us AGAIN. We are frequent diners to Andiamo Riverfront in Detroit and wanted to dine outdoors and decided to try Bloomfield The first time we made a reservation and when we arrived there, everything was closed snd we called. The manager answered and told us that “ the power went down” and the staff called everyone who had reservations to let them know. I indicated that we did not receive a call and how we had driven from the city specifically to dine here. His response was “ yes, well.. I lost thousands of dollars in orders tonight, so imagine how I feel” The next time was last week...
The food was great! However, once we were seated by the host, my husband and I sat for more than minutes not being acknowledged at all by anyone. Staff walked by never acknowledging our presence. There was a waiter who serviced the booth next to us, but he would just walked away never making eye contact. It was if we were invisible. It wasn’t really busy either. My husband had to get up and stop a gentleman, who looked like a manager, to inform him that we did not have a waiter/waitress come to our table. He sent a waitress to our booth (can’t remember her name) everything turned around because she had a beautiful attitude. She was amazing and the food was delicious
My Fiancee like the Lasanga. I was disappointed in the chicken alfredo. It wasn't creamy, it didn't have enough chicken, the sauce was thin. I felt like I was eating bland noodles. For Andiamo to be such place good fine dine place of authentic food. You have to do better on the Alfredo. As far as everything else was perfect
the personal is excellent. they are very welcoming and also pay attention to the smallest details. I am zöliakie and my server was aware and assured that all I consumed was gluten-free. eating is incredible. the waitress seemed to be upset with us for no reason. my man had a 1/2 sugar package in his minestrone suppe and when we mentioned it nothing was recognized. very subpar service. I ruined my mom's birthday night. will not return soon.
We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Our waitress brought us bread, oil, cheese and asked if we would like a drink. Soon thereafter our wine was decanted and poured. Our lunch arrived and was prepared perfectly
The food was delicious. The server was very attentive, and had a upbeat, positive attitude which really matters for me. I loved the ambiance and relaxing atmosphere
