The restaurant's furniture is not at the height of the building (pine tables and chairs with seating in fairly cheap straw) and there is no South American atmosphere. The wine list is not attractive. There is no bread on the table and the carafe water has a little engaging taste (not specific to Andine, it's the same in front).
