What a shame we have seen big lines at this establishment and we finally decided to give it a try. My one star is due to horrible service like I said first time here, bought about 5 ice cream scoops and one paleta. We were never greeted, employee just said next and took out order. I had questions in regards to flavors for the paletas. She wasn 't very helpful, her responses were very short. Insinuating I hurry up, felt in a rush to pick what I wanted. Quality ingredients are used resulting in delicious and mouth watering paletas. So many great flavors but I must say my all time favorite has to be Cookies and Cream paleta. It is creamy perfection with just the perfect balance of cookies and cream. Just be warned, on a hot day you have to get there early as the paletas get bought up by the dozen. I also had the pleasure of trying some new flavors during an event where they donated paletas to a great cause. They definitely have my business.
These paletas are amazing. They are the perfect treat on a hot day. I especially love the fruit flavors. Current favorites are mango and watermelon. The paletas are bigger than most popsicles and seem to be made with cane sugar so they aren't overwhelmingly sweet. If you're a fruit lover this is the perfect treat.
I can't believe this happened. I went out today because my pregnant sister was craving food from this restaurant, but when we arrived, they were closed because of the weather! Seriously? Why can't they stick to their business hours? I just don't get it. It was a terrible experience!

While visiting LA, last Sunday, I went to Snow Factory only to find it closed. It was 11:00 the place opens at 10:00am. There was no sign saying it is not opened on Sundays. Very disappointed.
I had higher expectations for this place. I think there should have been a wider variety of options, and the staff could have been more friendly. However, the mochi was quite good!
Ooooowwwweeeee! Their chocolate paleta, to die for! I've been meaning to stop by and bring my cooler to stock my freezer up, but just haven't had the time...
Every time I come to buy ice cream well before closing time, they always tell me that they only have regular or normal popsicles. This happens all the time.
