I just wanted to share my experience at Andrew's in Whitefield where they went above and beyond for my mom. I had ordered an UberEats for my mom who is unable to leave the house, and unfortunately, the food did not arrive. I was trying to figure out how to quickly get food to her when I decided to call Andrews. I explained the situation to Adel, who personally said he would make a pizza and deliver it to her within 15 minutes. He did just that! This kind of customer service is truly amazing and shows the value of speaking to a real person who understands your needs. Don't always rely on big online companies - personal interactions like this make all the difference.
I am unable to comment on the food as I did not receive it. My order was canceled half an hour after placing it, and when I tried to call to inquire why, no one picked up. This experience was a waste of time. I hope I will not be charged for the order.
Freshly fried chicken and a fresh fillet burger with amazing taste; I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The new management at this takeaway provides excellent service.
