As I was sitting at a table, drinking my latte, I observed a gentleman come up to thr counter and ask if his drink was ready, and the staff began to scream and yell at him to the point that he got so upset, he yelled back and then they told him he had to leave... Even though he had been sitting in the concert band area for over 20 minutes, and his stuff was in there, they accused Him of not having ordered! Even the girl behind the counter ultimately gave him all of his money back $5 for the wrisband and oguess $5 for his drink) and they still accused him of not ordering and and I don't know what their problem with was was with this...
A laid-back coffee house featuring an amazing lineup of local musicians on weekends. Although it’s not a large venue, the staff is exceptionally friendly and there are plenty of seats. The music is fantastic, and while the coffee may take some time to arrive, it’s definitely worth the wait. It’s one of those places where you feel like part of the family. We will definitely be returning! Update: We visited again, and I can personally recommend the Earl Grey latte. Angel City is committed to sourcing the best fair trade, organic ingredients, and the quality of their drinks really reflects that. 10/10 would recommend!
This is one of those underrated spots for hanging out, grabbing a coffee, or having a bite to eat. It's not overly fancy—just a really relaxed atmosphere. The establishment has a strong Christian foundation and features uplifting faith-inspired music. There's a rich history here, as some of the greatest Christian rock bands, including Stryper, have performed at this venue. It's even won awards as a top music venue in LA. It used to be known as the Whisky a Go-Go for Christian metal.
My friend is in a Christian rock band, and they performed at Angel City. The band they were paired with complemented their style perfectly. It was a wonderful experience as both bands connected so well. The atmosphere was fun, joyful, and family-friendly, making it a place I would love to return to. All the staff are volunteers, which shows their passion for the vision of the venue.

A completely chill coffeehouse with a fantastic lineup of local musical talent on weekends. It's not a large venue, but the staff is incredibly kind and there's plenty of seating. The music is fantastic, and the coffee might be slow to arrive, but it's awesome. It's one of those coffee shops where you feel like family. We'll definitely go again!
Charming cafe with beautifully painted walls that enhance the atmosphere. I visited for a live music event and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was exceptionally polite, and the coffee was delightful. As for parking, I used the public lot behind the cafe. It was fully occupied, but luckily, a spot opened up just a minute after I arrived.
This place is great. It's been here over 20 years. Its 100% volunteer run. I've been volunteering here since September 2016. I currently do the sound and lighting for all the shows.
Had a good experience w the band, entertainment but the staff left allot to be desired: slow service, unfriendly attitudes, not even very knowledgeable about their own business

Great Christian atmosphere coffee beverage options. Like visiting with family (the ones you like, of course). Live music was phenomenal inspiring.
