My husband and I stopped here for breakfast. We are from out of town and like to stop at the local places and support the small businesses. It's a small place but it was very good. We stopped for breakfast and we both had the omelets. I had a westernomelet and my husband had the veggie omelet. The omelets are served with sour cream and salsa one the side and a Choice of whiteor wheat toast. There was adequate parking and staff was friendly. We were going to stop for lunch around 1p but they lookedvery busy and were going to close at 2p, so we decided not to stop for lunch.
Today, on August 26, 2023, I visited Angie's Cafe for the first time after months of wanting to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The restaurant seemed busy and the waitresses appeared to be short-staffed. My steak was tough and unpleasant to eat. When I mentioned this while paying the bill, the waitress simply acknowledged that sometimes the steak can be tough. It is disappointing to serve a dish knowing that it may not meet expectations. However, Stephanie enjoyed her pancakes and described them as the best she has had in a while.
Food is great! Home cooked and tasted great. Prices are reasonable. Service is terrible! I don’t know if it is poor management or bad servers. Either way be prepared to wait, get cold food, not get any refills and wait over 15 minutes for your check. This one is a take out only.
The ambiance of the restaurant is reminiscent of a school cafeteria, but without any of the negative aspects such as bullying. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious with a touch of traditional home cooking.

This is my go to place when I need comfort food. Everything in their menu that I have tried is delicious! The ladies are polite and really nice. Being that I am out of state, this place really has a home feeling
Tried Angie?s cafe for the first time and this has got to be the best breakfast place around. The Biscuit sausage and gravy and hash browns were amazing. Staff was very friendly!! Overall great experience!
