My partner and I were on a road trip home to Montana, when our car broke off, just like we went to a lodge on the street. We called after hours and talked to a wonderful woman who informed us that they were closed for the season, but she called the Anglers Lodge on the street and had someone come to us to stay there. Brian was so friendly and very helpful. We are ever so grateful for their kindness and a nice warm bed as we wait for a tow!
This lodge is iconic! In the midst of a snowstorm, Beth checked us to make sure that the room was unlocked for us to stay on the phone until we were inside (to check). Fantastic BIG room with an additional door on the back directly on the river. Great pillows, large TV, large bathroom. We'll be back.
Great experience! Excellent view, friendly staff, and great food. Only negative was the amount of dog poop on the lawn outside the rooms. I feel this should be regulated as there was a pretty good amount of it. Other than that this place was great and would absolutely return again!
Easy ride 25 km from Yellowstone West entrance. Very comfortable cute/quaint location. The restaurant is affordable and good. All employees are covered and do what they can to help you feel comfortable. The guests fly fish very close to their back door. Dog-friendly.
