I was excited to try Animo because there are few health-focused restaurants in the area. Animo missed the mark- it is not only expensive for the amount of food you get, but the food lacks flavor and taste. Total waste of money!! I got the Southwestern burrito bowl- the rice was crunchy and it only came with rice, chicken, cheese, salsa and maybe a tbsp of sour cream- it was disappointing to say the least. I also got the white lightning protein smoothie- it was okay, but nothing to write home about and could easily be made at home. Healthy food options that actually live up to the word health are so rare. Places like this are a gem, and their food/drinks are top notch. They don 't cook in poor quality seed oils, they use EVOO.all of their wraps are Siete, gluten free, and vegan for food sensitive people. This is food that makes you feel good after you eat.Medical medium friendly. Their burritos are so yummy, and juices are fantastic. When we ate there they were playing the best Y2K pop.Top notch customer service. They accidentally gave us the wrong juice, and fixed it right away. We 're loyal customers whenever we 're in the area!
I order from Animo regularly and the food always tastes great. However, the serving sizes can be inconsistent. Today, I received a bowl with a minimal amount of guacamole and sour cream, although the meat portion was generous. I felt like I was paying $17.98 for $10 worth of food. Normally, my bowls are filled to the top and feel hefty, but today it was barely filled and felt light. This inconsistency in serving sizes has happened to me three times now, making me hesitant to return. Animo has tasty food, but the inconsistency in portion sizes gives me pause.
Ordered the Regular Bowl Fast Furious on Door Dash and specifically asked for No red peppers there was red peppers in my order, for the add ons I had cilantro and a side of pico de gallo neither was present. The bowl said it came with cucumbers there wasn't a single cucumber in the bowl. I tried calling the store no one picked up and Door dash only refunded me $5 for a $14 meal. Unacceptable

I get animo whenever I'm in the area. I recently spiced up my burrito by adding meat which was an extra 4$. I also tipped. I spend almost $20 to get a burrito full of rice. My mom also had this happen to her last week. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but with this occurring in other reviews too.
Second time ordering from here via Door Dash. Delicious both times. I got a beef brisket bowl with jalapeños, veggies, cheese and rice. Very tasty and super fast delivery. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes available Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options on the menu
The restaurant is not expensive and serves generous portions of great food! The lady working there was very kind and helped me choose a drink that was best for my upset stomach. I would recommend this place for clean and healthy food.
Called to ask for the soup of the day and the customer service on the phone could have been much friendlier! I do understand we all have bad days but dealing with the public you have to be friendlier!

I just tried the 12-inch Farmhouse Wheat wrap and it was excellent! It had great flavor, a good portion size, and the Animo guacamole was especially tasty!
Food was good was insane how I paid $2.50 or so for 2 thin slices of avocado. With that price I thought I’d get full or even half an avocado.
