One concept I was set on was butter chicken skewers. I only had a loose idea for it, without any recipe or detailed instructions. But at the tasting, it was exactly what I envisioned! I was truly impressed by Anne's understanding of both cuisines. She seamlessly mingled the spices of Indian cuisine without overwhelming the dishes with garam masala. Her matar paneer took me back home, and her stuffed tomatoes (bharela tamatar) were an incredible fusion hit! We used Anne's Custom Catering for an intimate wedding of about 50 people and cannot say enough good things about our experience, from the moment we scheduled our tasting to the day of the event. It was very important that we find a caterer who could accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets so all of our guests could eat well. Eat well they did! The menu offered is absolutely stellar and there are SO many good options to choose from (every single thing we tried at our tasting was delicious). I got married on October 8, 2022, and we absolutely loved the food! We worked with Jan leading up to the event, and she was fantastic—always attentive and organized. We also rented supplies through her at a great price! My guests still rave about how delicious the mashed potatoes were. There was a minor hiccup when half of our Tuscan chicken ended up at a different venue, leaving our guests without chicken for about 20 minutes. However, I got mine and it was delicious! Anne's catered food for a welcome drinks event at our wedding. All of the food was absolutely delectable and beautifully arranged. Pat was extremely great to work with- very reachable by phone and email, flexible, and super reliable. Our event was 1.5 hrs out of Asheville. Pat did a walk through of our venue, brought everything for setup, took down at the end of the night and took care of everything in between. He made the event so easy and carefree for us, which allowed us to enjoy the night with our guests. Anne's catering provided food for welcome drinks before our wedding. Pat was amazing to work with and the food was excellent. We highly recommend Anne's custom catering! Pat was extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. He coordinated with our venue and made the night so carefree for us!! We did a custom tasting for our wedding and we were beyond pleased with the food. Anne was great and the table was set up very nicely. Everything was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to eat their food again at the wedding. Highly recommend the bone-in chicken, fried brussel sprouts and Brie mashed potatoes!

The food is delicious and the appetizers are to die for. The only thing that’s beats it is their customer service. Jan is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The rest of the team is also super friendly.
