We visited Annie’s on a Saturday night, having been looking forward to our first outing to the restaurant for some time. Unfortunately, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. We queued with the rest of the hoards of Saturday night drinkers to order our food and the bar was completely understaffed for a busy night. They had run out of table numbers which was a little worrying but we were assured they’d find us. After a while, waiting staff started wandering around with plates of food asking tables if they’d ordered. And if so, what. I visited Annie's and had a sunday roast burger. It was absoutely huge, so well worth the money, well presented and absoutely beautiful. So the food- well worth going for. I feel for the people who work there because they work in two completely different establishments in the day and in the night and it clearly doesnt work because they just look fed up and confused. It either needs to be Marston's ran (which I would personally prefer because not long ago in March it was a brilliant place to go for a night out) or Annie's. My mother and I ended up at this restaurant in Worcester because we were both hungry. It was quite busy and we had to wait at the bar for our drinks. We were informed that there was a 20-30 minute wait for our food. Unfortunately, our burgers did not arrive at the same time and my mother's onion rings were missing, despite her asking for them again once her burger was served. Additionally, our fries quickly cooled off, which was disappointing.
I was skeptical that all burgers could be made as Vegan, Veggie, or meaty, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Vegan Rueben I ordered was outstanding. It was difficult for me to decide, and I kept the bartender busy by constantly checking if items were really vegan. To my delight, most things were. This restaurant is great, even on a slow afternoon they truly excelled.

It took me at least 20 minutes to get my food order in at the bar and then another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Once it did, I took a bite and it didn’t take me long to realise that my food was cold and the vegan chicken burger i ordered was definitely not vegan. Keep up the good work Annie’s.
Central Worcester venue with plenty of menu choice which is reasonably priced. Service was good. the venue was quiet when we visited around midday of a Monday. Food was plentiful and arrived promptly. Recommend a visit but imagine it’s busy of an evenings check if u need to book.
Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. Plenty of tables. Great choice of burgers, we were an all vegan group and loved the menu choice. Customer service was first class from Conner. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the different ingredients on the menu. We will be back!
I'm not sure why this restaurant is rated poorly on TripAdvisor because the food is excellent. I haven't come across another burger joint with such a diverse menu. Both of our burgers were inventive and tasty. I couldn't find a single fault with anything.

Me and my partner visited on a Wednesday evening, both burgers tasted wonderful with huge portions. Also enjoyed our cocktails. Waiter extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back to try the extensive menu
Spoilt for choice which is unusual if you re vegan! And it was delicious when it came . The waiter Connor was exceptionally friendly helpful too
