You know that this place must have good food if the waiting period is more than 30 minutes. Was able to sit at the bar for breakfast with waiting for a table. Bartender/waitress was very attentive and welcomed me immediately and took my drink order. Ordered a hot tea and then the Ultimate Omelette with potatoes and English muffin. The food was very fresh. The taste was on the point and still had some for later on the day or breakfast tomorrow to not return. Others around me had French toasts or shrimps and grits and all plates were flooded with food. Watch the bartender make / mix Mimosas as well as Bellini?s and there was a lot of alcohol cast.
I went to a quick breakfast today and to my surprise, there was no wait! We had the pleasure of being served by a waitress named Summer who was as pleasant and bright as her name! She was attentive, brought us a sample of the Landgrit and was very friendly! My husband had the stupid infamous Mary and I had the Tropical Sangria. My cocktail was refreshing and I was tried to order a second. For my gut, I ordered the shrimp?N grits. I can't get enough of this court. The spicy land reduction is perfect for the cheesy grottos. The dish is served with a good amount of shrimp and Andouille sausage. I can't wait to have it again!
I came to a good time of the day. I had no waiting time. I ordered the Hashbrowns Benedict. It was delicious. I liked it. I came with one side. I have potatoes. They tasted great. The Citrus Honey Fig Pancakes tasted good. I liked it. The pancakes were not layered with a fig cream as a description on the menu; nothing was in between. They taste good. This is a nice friendly restaurant with good customer service. I like to come here.
The food is great, friendly staffs, clean and delicious. As information I knew the head chef was graduated from culinary school from Washington DC that I guess her knowledge that she made the dish simply amazing taste. Another Broken Egg is an eclectic spot with yummy food. The options are many and creative. The staff is usually quick and personable. My only nitpick would be that coffee is not always hot. I'll be going back as I must try some more dishes. Today, I had the Salmon Benedict with a side of Cheese Grits. Yummy on both accounts.
The portions were disappointing, and the presentation was lacking. I ordered eggs, waffles, and bacon with freshly baked potatoes. To start, the potatoes were far from fresh. The eggs were poorly portioned—definitely not two eggs as expected—and the bacon was burnt.
Really great little breakfast place. Food is good and so is the service. Usually packed at weekends, so ready to wait up to an hour before you get a table. Worth visiting. Has a number of unique entrees to try. Coffee is good with refills. Will be back.
The restaurant is small, and the sausage I received was burnt. Additionally, I did not get my side of French toast. I'm really disappointed. Maybe dining in would be a better experience, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I was charged $6 for an 8oz glass of orange juice, which is quite steep. The potatoes were cold and lacked seasoning, the eggs were served hard in a separate cup, and the English muffin was rock solid. What is going on here??
