I took my aunt and uncle to this restaurant for what I thought would be a nice, upscale dinner last night, but it turned out to be a significant disappointment. While the receptionist was friendly and our server, Pam, was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. The Seafood Diavolo was overcooked and quite disappointing, with rubbery lobster and clams and mussels that were also overdone. The only highlight of the $35 dish was the angel hair pasta. I felt the price was excessively high considering the quality of the meal, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused, which was quite frustrating. I will not be returning to this restaurant. My dinner experience was a complete letdown. I ordered Veal Piccata, and it was the worst I’ve ever had—the sauce was thick and pasty. When I requested capellini instead of penne pasta, they charged me an additional $6 for the substitution—absolutely ridiculous! My husband's Chicken Parmesan was served lukewarm and came with vodka sauce instead of marinara. Another dish we tried was the spaghetti with clams, which had a generous portion, but the clams looked canned. There was a lack of flavor, and it didn’t even have any parsley—such a letdown! To make matters worse, the bartenders didn’t know how to make an Espresso Martini or even a Dirty Martini...

We had a wonderful experience at this venue. They took care of all our needs during our brother's funeral celebration. The food was outstanding, especially the crab cakes and penne alla vodka. The staff worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything clean and organized without being intrusive. Our event manager, Patrick, was incredibly efficient and accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions and meals for the kids. Marco also made sure to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. Thank you, Anthony's, for offering such a lovely place to honor Vince.

Excellent food and service we had the special appetizer filet tips with lump crab meat, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a sauce that was to die for. Mussels with white. Seafood fra diavlo shrimp, scallops, lobster, mussels, and clams over angel hair, Veal Oscar and tiramisu for dessert. It was all so glorious. We celebrated a 75th birthday with our family and had an amazing experience. The food was superb, and the service was exceptional—our waitress was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and the cost per person was about $20–30. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend the Chicken Parmigiana!

Below average for the price. Service slow, nothing extra or special with your dinner. Had to ask for rolls. Place not clean either. Wished we would have known only dinner menu at 3pm, no lunch menu available. Really miss the original lamb tavern food and service.

I emailed the restaurant to see if we could have a meeting for 30 minutes prior to dinner. One would like since this is a historical society in your town you might get back to me. These folks are off my list. Its been weeks since I emailed

Expensive- to change my pasta was a $6 up charge! Food was just okay. Dining here was not worth the time and definitely not the money.
