The service at this restaurant was very poor. The staff were rude and inattentive, and it took forever to get our orders taken and our food served. I grew up in this town so I used to go often but I stopped for some reason and forgot why. UNTIL their waitress tried to over charge me $9 extra with 5$ being a tip for herself only to take a order over the phone. She didn't have to do nothing but ring up a recipt.Food: 3/5
The food was not okay. The portion looks like a lot but it’s just rice. The plaintains and chicharonnes were disgusting. The meat was overcooked dry old. The only thing I liked was the beans! That’s saying something.
Worse experience with employees we have practically ask a favor when customers want to place an order, I had to leave because I was waiting and waiting . Many employees but worse service. Not recommended
