It was packed, beverage menu was lacking non alcoholic drinks, there was no display of cost. Our receipt was wrong three times, our orders took a really long time to be made, compared to other tables that people got there after us and asked for the same thing. The waiter seemed like they didn't know what they wwre supposed to do. The air conditioner was not working well, it was still hot inside, the non alcoholic cocktail I asked for got to the table after everyone was done eating. Food there is good, but for the price and their employees lack of knowing how to handle situations like that, I dont recommend if its a busy day
I ordered a picanha from Antônio, it took 3 hours to arrive and when it arrived, the meat arrived undercooked and I asked for it well done and then they said that the place where they made the meat had failed and they went to cook it in the oven. Meal type: Dinner
