I was about to write a great review but later, unfortunately, I waited 50 minutes for my shrimp pasta.. we made the order for 3 of us, and my friends had already finished their meal, while I still was waiting for mine The waiters were nice but pretended that nothing happened but we told them several times that we were not happy about it The atmosphere was nice, the cocktails were delicious and the food was good. But you can’t do anything when there is this kind of failure if you want to give good service to customers. We were so disappointed because it’s easy to apologize and save potential clients We were almost the only one table there and it wasn’t hard to manage food timing I guess

We felt quite disappointed, as a simple apology could have helped salvage the situation and retain potential customers. Considering we were nearly the only table there, managing the timing of the food shouldn’t have been a challenge.
This restaurant does not honor reservations. The table in the alcove, which was reserved for a birthday party at 9 PM on July 28, 2024, was given away to walk-in customers, leaving us with no choice but to leave for another venue. They attributed the issue to miscommunication between shifts, but this points to poor management and service overall. I would recommend staying away from Anyway.
I absolutely adore this place! I discovered it years ago, and their clams have lingered in my memory as the most delicious I've ever had. There is some miscommunication. My friends and I asked the waitress for Sprite but instead we got a jug of water. We have decided to drink the water and then asked for a refill and we actually recieved Sprite and we all got charged for two sodas.
We made a reservation for my brother's birthday celebration, but when we arrived, our table had been given away to another group. This was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant!
As always, this restaurant is the best in the area! The cocktails are consistently outstanding, the live music adds a nice touch, and the food is absolutely delicious.

This place is amazing! We have been going here for years! They have the most amazing Pavlova dessert. The chef, Alexander deserves a raise!
