Para empezar las imágenes que muestran en internet del apartamento nada tienen que ver con la realidad; alquilamos el apartamento para tres personas y al llegar allí vimos que la entrada al apartamento estaba bastante facilitada, sin ningún tipo de seguridad y nadie en recepción en todos los días que nos quedamos allí algo que nos hizo sentir bastante inseguros. !!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We came here to stay for 5 nights, and from start to finish it was a nightmare. I have never experienced anything like this before…. First there is no receptionist at all, and if he is ever there he would go as he pleases. When you ring the “emergency number” no one ever answers. We had people come up to us trying to check in as there was no communication and no one to be seen. Secondly our room was a tiny small room with 3 beds cramed in together. There was no room to even walk. And as you can see from the photos we had MOLD thick mold all over the ceiling which is a serious health matter. After reading all the bad reviews myself my partner we’re dreading it!!! But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the Manager arrived with in 5-10 minutes of me calling him…..the manager was extremely helpful and very polite, although we had to stay at alternative accommodation for one night due to an issue (manager had sorted for us payed for and the transport) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would most certainly book to come back. Yes the pool has some bits in but that was usually in the morning after a windy night but the manager cleaned the pool a few times throughout our stay, he was there everyday and always around should we have needed him. Súper viejo, deteriorado, sin arreglar lo estropeado y le falta de todo. Tan solo te dejan dos toallas que no secan de lo viejas que son. Tuve que pedir por lo menos una toalla para salir de la ducha y tardaron 2 días en dármela. Ni un paño de cocina, ni estropajo ni nada. Poca y buena equipación. Las camas horribles, la manta llena de pelotas y el colchón sin funda y sin protección. Las sábanas súper finas y le quedaban pequeñas.un desastre de sitio.Lo único mejor es la ubicación.

Stayed there last week, was hard to find it , the apartment was dirty and not equipped, services were very poor, very hard to find management when needed, management was ignorant did not want to listen, was full of bed bug bites by the 4th day, refused to change bedding, didnt get fresh towels until the 4th day , just wasn't a good experience and would definitely not recommend this accommodation.
I am very satisfied and will come back maybe next year. A small complex – quiet and pleasant. The owner and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and bright. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the sea. Shopping, stores, and restaurants are all reachable within a few minutes. Thanks to tropicana apartamentos
Eher Schlecht als recht, für eine Woche zumutbar aber mit immensen abstrichen, Toilette defekt, keine Schranktüren in unserem Appartment, Putzdienst nicht einmal gesehen usw. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.
Wouldn't even give this place a 1. Disgusting place, full of bed bugs, apartments are filthy. Pool area is a health hazard. Do not book here . The worst place I have ever stayed.
