Intake salmon tartare very good but always too much salad you lose the taste of the main ingredient salmon. And a very well served jam with a good taste of fresh tomatoes. Then my wife took the ravioli with spinach and ricotta which were very good and well cooked aldent. I stayed on the classic spaghetti with tomato but they were too cooked and I asked for a new dish.
