What impressed me the most was Gary's availability; he was 100% accessible every time I called, from that first day through to the booking and final delivery. It was incredible that he answered my call every single time, which is rare these days!
Gary arrived on time today, delivered and set up the boxes in the designated room, and the lunches themselves were absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about the freshness of the homemade bread, the flavors, and the beautiful presentation. We hosted a 2-day corporate conference for over 60 people and contacted Apple Spice Catering and we cannot share enough accolades for Apple Spice and the owner Gary. From planning to execution, everything is consistently excellent. Menus, food presentation and taste always exceed my expectations. Everyone was on time and presented perfectly. We kept getting compliments throughout the day about how good the box lunch was, it had everything in it! Gary is a professional. He is very courteous and his customer service skills are class A, just like his catering service! Once again, thank you so much Gary for all of your hard work.. I will not hesitate to call on them again!
The Faculty at Weehawken High School were recipients of the famous Apple Spice Boxed Lunches from our Union as a Teacher Appreciation gesture. Our Union leaders hit a home run in ordering from Apple Spice. Personally, I had the Granny Turkey Sandwich and it was excellent! Their specially made bread is unbelievable! Everything in the Boxed Lunch from the sandwich to the potato salad to the melt in your mouth post meal mint and the chocolate chip cookie was excellent! Everything was fresh and of high quality in a nice boxed presentation. You, your group, or organization can do no wrong if you order from Apple Spice for your next event.
We hosted an employee health fair at our company and invited Gary to prepare box lunches for us again this year. The variety of box lunches he offered surpassed what anyone else had, and his sandwiches are absolutely delicious. I'm really impressed that he bakes his own fantastic bread and cookies early in the morning. We will definitely be returning next year. Great job, Gary!

From start to finishing catering with Gary at Apple Spice is AMAZING. Ordering is easy. Delivery was on time (so critical when lunch time is limited to 40 minutes) Most importantly the food is fresh, delicious and the variety of choices provides everyone an option that they will be sure to love. Apple Spice will now be our go to caterer!
The box lunch is terrific. I had the Chicken Club which was delicious huge and it also included a generous pickle, a delightful lil fresh fruit salad, a great chocolate chip cookie and condiments! All packed nicely in a recyclable cardboard box. Perfect!
