My wife and I are so glad we went with Apple Street for our little backyard wedding. The lower line the food was amazing. We live in NY and when we plan our wedding on the shores, we were a little worried that our catering would be just the standard Italian catering you can find here quite simply. Instead we hoped for seasonal products, healthy but tasty. Apple Street has surpassed everything we wanted. Everything that was served was super fresh, but also tasteful. I used Apple Street for my wedding at Fort Hancock Chapel at Sandy Hook and they made an AMAZING JOB! Sara, her event coordinator worked for my wedding day as Maitre and was helpful all the time. Chef Casey was at my tasting so I could cook the cook cook cooking all my food! There was a coastal flood advice on the day of my wedding and Apple Streets team treated the terrible weather with such a good attitude, and Sara never left my side, always my husband and I food and drinks. My guests rennown about the food, and about 2 weeks after the wedding I still get texts from guests who tell me they couldn't stop thinking about the food. This is a nice lunch brunch joint in Tinton falls, the basic American fair, but tastefully served with fresh ingredients. We started with the potato Gruyère cheese very delicious! I ordered the shrimp taco and my husband got the sausage meat on corn bread. The food was good, but better with the right season. I have a wild reissalat on the side with my court that I don't care much. They also served Yumm beignets with chocolate sauce! Total good service and ambience.

Every food here was consistently delicious, tasteful, punctual and fresh. The ingredients are often produced in the premises. The service was consistently friendly and great. The menu offers are unique and you will definitely find something you haven't eaten yet. The menu changes with the seasons. I always feel like I have a healthy meal. Also the heated scones are delicious and there are a variety of options.

Hidden Gem! Amazing fresh food and friendly staff. The fresh pantries where incredible and it was clear this restaurant cares about fresh delicious food.
