This was our first visit to this location; it had been about eight years since I last dined at the Applebee’s in Latham, NY. I used to visit weekly for “Car-side To-Go,” but I stopped going when they changed their salmon recipe, which I didn’t like. We started with a Whiskey Sour that was quite good. I ordered the salmon fillet with mashed potatoes and broccoli, but to my disappointment, the salmon was dry and overcooked! The sides were bland and barely warm, so I only managed to eat half of my meal.

We had a bit of a wait before the waitress came over. We ordered our drinks and she forgot my husband's drink. We placed the order for food when she took his drink order a second time. A different server brought our appetizer out, i asked her for a tea i stead of water. The couple behind us ordered their drinks and had them while we were eating our app. The second server brought the tea quickly, and then our food came. Burgers were ok, pretty greasy though. The onions weren't caramelized very well. Bacon mac and cheese wasn't very cheesy, and I wouldn't go there for fries. Also, she never offered us the drink specials. She was very sporadic when coming back to our table
June 24, 2022: We had to wait 15 minutes for a table and missed the 50% discount window by 30 minutes, despite there being many empty tables. The food, service, and bathroom were all pretty good.
June 29, 2022 at around 8:30pm: It was very cold inside the restaurant, so my boyfriend went to his truck to get me a t-shirt. The waitress and manager took care of our other needs, including providing gift cards to make up for my steak being drier than I wanted.
I always enjoy visiting when Sue is on duty. Her wonderful personality makes dining there a delightful experience. Every time we go, we check to see if Sue is working because we truly appreciate her energetic attitude. The food is consistently good, and they are always accommodating with special requests.

I ordered the new featured whole Lotta bacon burger. It comes with fries, I wanted to substitute a side salad but was told they don't offer side salads as a substitute even for an upcharge. I could sub for any listed sides, so I opted for the garlic green beans. They were delish as always.
We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Queensbury location last week. It's quite a bustling place, but the food was excellent and arrived promptly. The staff was friendly as well.
A great meal as always. I had balsamic chicken, excellent. Our waitperson Jaike is so nice, they are lucky to have him.
It's so freaking cold in here you can't enjoy your meal while you are shaking uncontrollably.

Our waiter, Howard, was spot on. Our appetizer came out hot and fresh, and our meal the same.
Our server was wonderful, and the food and drinks here are delicious every time we come.
