EVER! 1)No host, you 'll stand at the podium for quite some time. 2)While you stand there hope staff (none in sight) will notice, you will see a non inviting scene of chairs on top of tables throughout the restaurant. Is this place closed? Should we leave? 3)So, u wait it out. Maybe, something happened back of house? I 'm sure there is a waitress in here wanting to make money on a slow night? Finally, someone comes to seat you. You say hi with a smile, even though you been waiting. You get a stare from hell, and no return greeting, just straight to business. Giving two stars because the person that brought the food out to our car was nice. I ordered a chicken fajita roll up. I'm pretty sure the fries were made the day before. They were hard and cold. Not crispy hard, like days old left on a counter hard, not able to be revived in the air fryer hard. My husband ordered the classic combo. Which was anemic for the $16 price tag. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce whether it was supposed to be or not. He did say most of the things that were supposed to be crispy were actually crispy. Everytime I order, I remember how disappointed I was the last time and swear it's the last time I'm ordering, so now I'm writing this to remind myself not to order...
The wait for curbside pickup was about five minutes, but I only noticed three designated parking spaces. The cheeseburger was well-seasoned and flavorful, piled high with all the toppings except pickles. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, but that’s often the case with takeout. The queso dip, served warm with chips, had a nice kick to it, thanks to the peppers, tomatoes, and various cheeses. The Bourbon Street shrimp and chicken were devoured, so they must have been salty yet tasty. We were really looking forward to the Cinnamon Apple Blondie for dessert, but we're still waiting for the ice to freeze again, as warm desserts tend to melt ice when packed together.

We are super excited for the Cinnamon Apple Blondie for dessert but we are waiting for the ice cream to freeze again. Warm desserts melt ice cream when packed all together.

As a veteran, I’ve always appreciated how Applebee’s honors our nation’s veterans. The food is delicious, the service is excellent thanks to the dedicated staff, and the friendly atmosphere makes for a wonderful evening. While there are other Veterans Day offers available elsewhere, it’s the quality of the food and service here that truly earns my recommendation and future visits. On a side note, please be patient with the staff—many restaurants are currently understaffed, so some delays are to be expected. This doesn’t affect the quality of the service or the meal, just the wait time.
I ordered the chicken and garlic potatoes from the 2 for $29 deal. The chicken was tough and chewy, almost like a tortoise shell—definitely not pleasant. The potatoes were disappointing too; when I tasted them, I immediately winced. The food overall was terrible. The service, however, was good. No surprise the place looked so empty. Honestly, I would have preferred eating a cheeseburger off the floor at McDonald's after a couple of employees had stepped on it.
The service here is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is quite good overall. However, I would suggest that they work on making the fries fresher; every time I've eaten here, they’ve been served cold and taste as if they were left out for an hour before being served. Aside from that, it's a great place to eat—just avoid anything with fries.
The dining experience was mediocre. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, especially considering there weren't many customers. On the positive side, the food was served hot. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The two staff members seemed disinterested in our table and didn't engage with us at all, despite having kids with us.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with great service and delicious food. Although my flooring was a bit overcooked, the staff handled it well and removed it from my bill, which was a nice gesture. Regardless, everything was still very tasty, especially the dessert!
