Waited 10 min for garlic butter that placed with my order, 1 waitress tried give another's patrons debit card to me was sure I was them. My green beans were cold but came on same plate, I wish the the salmon can on that sizzling SKILLETS, #TOstayHot) just ONCE all my food to be hot as the mash potatoes, SHOUT OUT, to the cooks tho, temps be lil,might not be them!! We didn't receive our whole delivery order and this isn't the first time, but it is the last time. Our middle child did not receive the meal we ordered for him. I got an oriental salad instead of a wrap. We were short on fries. But I was charged for them. When I called to report it, she said they were a little busy today. When I explained I was in a wheelchair and couldn't make it up there. When I said they had just lost a customer, she hung up on me.
The food was actually better than I expected. Had problems finding a place to park. All spots were taken by employees or customers. Called to let them know we were here and she just said ok hung up. No instructions....nothing. Once a space became available. We moved and Hubby ended up going in to get the food....smh At least it was ready when he went in.
The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. When I request curbside pickup, I expect it to be just that. I call to let them know I'm outside, and I always receive the same response: "You have to wait or come in." However, when I do go inside, I notice employees just standing around chatting. At least got seated pretty fast the waitress was bar tending and taking are order. We got food order in quickly. I got the wrong drink but got are drinks fast too. But they only had 3 people waiting the tables in the dining room around 1:00pm. And busers help run food out and drinks.
Horrible. Service and food. Horrible. Cold burger. Cold blackened salmon. Stale chips. Spinach artichoke tasted like…I don't know what it tasted like. Took almost an hour to get a beer. I was ready to go and wouldn't you know it..... It took forever to get the bill. Never again.
Service kinda sucks. I ordered a drink but never received it was left on bar. Also got to watch my date eat because I had to wait almost 20 for my food.
Nice place to eat needs to have space for more than 4 people at a table went with my daughter for her birthday and had to sit at different tables Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was not good. The waitress needs to be more pleasant to her customers. The place needs a good cleaning.
