Came in on a Wednesday with my hubby and son, kids eat free on Wednesday’s, that’s a nice little deal. Our server, Shannon Grace, was attentive and very friendly. She truly made us feel like she was happy to take care of us, you don’t find that much these days. She quickly assisted us with ordering our food, helping us with questions about the menu. We had our drinks out immediately and our food followed shortly after. All of the food was great! My favorite was the delicious spinach and artichoke dip and my hubby loved his pasta. we visited applebee’s on Tuesday night at 20:30 o’clock. we were immediately sat and greeted by our server, he took our order and then returned 30 minutes later to the table to inform us that he forgot to push our order through the kitchen. After he had told us that he had forgotten that it took another 30 minutes until our food arrived. the manager didn't come to our table I don't think he knew about the problem. as soon as our dinner had finally arrived, most of it was room temperature probably from too long. I told the manager himself because I thought it was unacceptable. the manager has removed some items from our review, but I will not be back to this facility.
Not much to say. I was out voted on where to go to lunch and we ended here. We had the quesadilla burger, queso cheese dip; cheeseburger and ribs to go.. The burger meat was obviously frozen patties and there was an upcharge of 1.20 for a slice of cheese. They say the quesadilla burger is their original creation and is touted as part burger, part quesadilla and all flavor two slices of pepper jack cheese and their mexi ranch sauce. Both burgers came with decent French fries. The food was okay but not something we would go back for. The queso cheese dip was ok and the chips were fresh. Establishment is clean and parking is free.

First thing our waitress did was complain about the girl who seated us. Ordered tacos for the kids, extra charge for salsa, extra charge for sour cream. Hubby ordered a smoothie and it was only half full. He was told that it was because they were out of the glasses that it's usually served in. Ordered chips with queso. Got about a dozen chips total with a big bowl of queso. Mystery lump in the chips not sure what it was. Killed about 6 fruit flies while we waited for our food. Husband's salmon dangerously undercooked, breaded shrimp had freezer burn. Won't be back.

Kate has been one of the best examples of service I have received in a while. She is so personable with her clients and the most friendly and authentic. The only reason I come back to this restaurant is to experience superb service by Kate. She definitely sets an example of what the service industry should be amplifying.
we had a big group on a Friday night, and we sat immediately. Eat and drinks came out immediately and melinda took care of us. there are actually places closer to our house, but we drive a little further for this because it is so clean, and the service is great!

I just picked up two orders from double crunch garnelen. my garnel had 11 pieces instead of 12 and my men also had 11 garnels instead of 12.
I had ever been, was cold and undercooked!. the delivery was late, totally a waste of money.
