My wife and I stopped in on Saturday March 16 for lunch. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. When we got to our table, there was food all over the floor. I had to step over salad and fries to get to my seat. We ordered drinks and waited to order food. We ordered the 2 for $25 new sizlin' skillets. She ordered the 6 oz and I ordered the 8oz. Bothell cooled medium.Both with a side salad. We asked to substitute green beans for broccoli and we were told that wasn't allowed. Every other Applebee's I have been to has said it's no problem. Haven't been here in quite a few years. I must say I was pleasantly surprised upon my return. The all you can eat Riblets, Shrimp, and Boneless Wings are well worth the $14.99! Every bit of my food was hot and fresh which was one of the reasons I have avoided them for so long. I will definitely be back again. Hopefully they keep the current standards as high as they were in this visit.
I ordered through the app, expecting the food to be good but typical, like at other restaurants. I couldn't have been more mistaken! The steak was absolutely amazing, the service was friendly, and when I called the manager to express my appreciation, he made the experience even better. I will definitely be returning and spreading the word for everyone to visit this fantastic place!
The woman working at the takeout today was very kind and provided excellent customer service, even in the midst of the heavy rain and wind while delivering our order to the car. She definitely had a great attitude!

Food was absolutely amazing! Even though their computers were down, the service was superb(hostess and server). The atmosphere was quiet and intimate. Very, very nice. Thank you!!
The waitress assisted in modifying a menu item so that I could order what I wanted while also saving some money, allowing it to qualify as a lunch special.
This place is amazing. Michelle the manager was super helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was great and happy. Highly recommend this Applebee's.
