Hi I went to Applebee's last week. I went to the takeout side. The worker told me I had to wait outside. I waited about 15 minutes before they took my order. They were very ghetto. I will never return. Then ask me if I wanted 3 or 5 chicken tenders. When I got home the chicken tenders was not tasty. Felt like something was hard in it. Because I order chicken tenders and fries. I had to throw the whole thing away. The fries tasted cold. Horrible meal. Money wasted. Dons diner or tops diner in Kearny. Is where to go. Great service there.
The grilled chicken I ordered was dry cold and no flavor. I spoken to the manager and she took the food back and gave me another plate but it's still no flavor to this meal ? thumbs down. This restaurant needs another cook because it just seems like y'all are microwaving food to make it hotter in stead of cooking making it to order. Never again will I ever visit this location.
The restaurant had an unprofessional appearance, as if they were making up a story. We had to wait a long time for our order, and it was puzzling why only one dish was brought out when we ordered the same thing. I also had to wait for my drink, as it was served last even though the food arrived first. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
would have gotten a 5 stars, but waiters have to write records on a pad so they don't bring what they didn't order. fries were also cold. everything else was great! host was gracious, place clean, eat very tasteful and well cooked and drinks were only rite for dinner drinks. not too strong and not too diluted. I would repeat it.

I am allergic to mushrooms and they put on the ticket 86 mushrooms) means no mushrooms but yet mushrooms on my plate. Wow! Watch and check your order cuz I almost died from them messing up my order. My second order had no broccoli but yet I got broccoli. Diamond B messed up my order tremendously. This is crazy!
Never gotten the ice water we asked for. The server was ok but not great. It took her 8 mins after I got my food to bring the A1 sauce. My sister had to wait 4 more mins after that because we asked for A1, salt n pepper and Ketchup. We got the Ketchup but no salt and pepper.
There was hair in the food (as indicated by a red circle) and the Alfredo pasta was missing. No apologies were given, so I suggest avoiding this restaurant. I am still waiting for the manager, Ora, to address my concerns and provide a refund of $0.
20 minute wait on a booth. First time ever paid $23.00 for steak and shrimp. Our bill came out to $80.00 for 2 drinks, two entrees and honey pepper wings. It will be a while be I got back

The meal was fantastic! The food was well-prepared and the tables were clean. The bathroom could use some improvement, but the customer service was excellent.
Good food, drinks and music. Friendly staff. I sat at the bar for happy hour I had a great time!
