Maybe it was just at the time when we got there. They were not busy but we did waited for a while before someone came and seated us. Once we got our drinks, there was something in my friend's drink. We waited until our waitress was done socializing with her friends before we were able to flag her down to ask for another cup of water. Our waitress was busy with her friends: sitting, chatting, and eating....later she even laid down on the bench. I'm not sure how to comment on that but very unprofessional. First of all my server Luaryn with the short brown hair she was so awful, she was so rude from the beginning. She ruined my dinner and night. I asked for a different table that I felt more comfortable at because there was plenty open and she gave me attitude about it because she had already cleaned. Then she was rude the entire time. She wouldn't serve me drinks and it was my birthday, im 22. She wouldn't serve me with an expired ID yet I haven't Been able to renew yet because of covid, work and moving I've been busy. We arrived and placed an order. We was out servers last customer. We started to notice the place clearing so our server saw us still sitting. She went to check on our food just to realize she forgot to place our order. She was honorably enough to apologize and brave enough to tell her manager her mistake. Not only we got a personal apology from her and her mgr....we got our food and drinks free. I just want to say what could have been a bad experience turned into a great experience. I recommend this great place to anyone who wants a great dining experience and good ambiance with great customer service. This Applebee's is one for the ? books!!!!???
Haven't been to Applebees in over a decade but came in to use up some old gift cards. Honestly, wasn't expecting much, but we all enjoyed our dinner here considering it was free. The massive margarita helped get us started off in the right way. I also enjoyed my blackened cajun salmon with broccoli, although I'm not quite sure there was any cajun seasoning on there. Others had chicken tenders and a chicken wrap with fries. Nothing special, but I guess you could sorta say we were eatin' good in the neighborhood?

The atmosphere was quite loud. While the staff was fantastic and the food was enjoyable, it felt like the employees were underutilized and there were several rude customers. It's important to show respect to those who work hard to serve us; it contributes to a better experience for everyone. I give 5 stars solely for the incredible staff.
I visited this restaurant for lunch on Tuesday and felt sorry for the two waiters who were handling the entire establishment. Despite the heavy workload, they remained cheerful and did their best. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste fresh; it felt like the dishes had been reheated from the previous night.
Came here on a Tuesday for lunch. Felt bad for the 2 waitresses that were serving the whole place. But they did a good job with bubbly spirits. Sadly, the food did not taste fresh tbh. Kind of felt like they were reheating last night's dishes ?
I sat right away, even though they were very busy. Eating was good, waitress was very nice. I'd definitely come back.

Maybe the best Applebees service in the area. Good food, fast and quality service. Everything to go a great place.
The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! They even designated a parking area for veterans.
