I really enjoy the food and the staff at the Norwalk Applebee's Grill. I chose this location for a birthday dinner with friends, and it reminded me why I had stopped going to the Bell Gardens location. One person in our group ordered a medium rare steak, which should have been pink inside, but it came out purple. We sent it back, but the replacement was no better. To make things worse, the booth behind us was noisy with loud cursing, which was uncomfortable since I had a toddler with me. The server was great, but she needs to speak up more when wearing her mask. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll visit the Bell Gardens Applebee's again; I’ll stick to the Norwalk location from now on.
The waitress was very friendly and attentive, definitely deserving of 5 stars. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, but it arrived lukewarm instead of hot and sizzling. My drinks, on the other hand, were perfect. There was also a 40 to 45-minute wait.
Mario campos is very rude especially for a manager he is seen in this photo arguing with a customer yet the customer waited 20 minutes for his drink the laker game ended about 18 minutes ago ? Mario Campos is horrible very rude
Good service, but the food came out a little cold. The cheese on the nachos were looked like they were left out for a bit and the ribs were lightly warm not hot.

Terrible service. The food was disappointing, and the manager was dismissive. This is definitely my first and last visit. I wouldn't give it any stars.
I’ve been here for over half an hour and still haven’t seen a waiter. The restrooms are also very dirty. I definitely won’t be coming back.
The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and expertly prepared.
