The salad bar is lovely, offering a wide variety of options. The staff is friendly, the furnishings are clean, and the dining area is bright and well-lit, rather than dim. Service is swift, and it wasn't crowded on Sunday night.
Every time I visit, it's simply amazing. The food is outstanding, and the staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend the Gillette Applebee's. They've set the bar high!
I went in tonight at 5:43 PM. The waitress told us she would come over for our drink orders in a minute, but then she walked past us three times and took a drink order from another table instead.
