We ordered two sodas but were surprised to find that no straws or napkins were provided. It struck me as odd that there was no option to request them when placing the order. While I understand the move to reduce plastic use, I believe napkins—being biodegradable—should be a standard offering.
Regarding the sampler, The Classic Combo, I would recommend just going to Denny's instead. It's more affordable, and you get more food, even if the quality isn't the best. For $20, I expected a lot better. The chicken wings in the combo were not wings at all; they were merely small broken pieces of chicken tenders. Overall, it was a decent experience. I really liked my salad bowl, which was quite tasty. However, my wife's fish was presented in a rather strange and unappealing manner, and I was surprised it was allowed to leave the kitchen like that. The back area appeared quite chaotic, with staff members chatting among themselves. The bartender reminded me of a character from an old SNL sketch called "The Loud Family." Additionally, the person who served our appetizer didn't make any eye contact or acknowledge our gratitude.
I tried the 2 for $25 deal, and it was amazing! The onion rings were superb, and the burgers were tasty. The shrimp and chicken in whiskey sauce, along with the loaded mashed potatoes, were great too. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I left feeling very satisfied!
Great atmosphere and attentive service. The food was well-prepared. One suggestion is that salads should be served before the entrée, rather than at the same time. It would also be helpful if the menu indicated whether dishes, like the cheesy broccoli, are spicy.

The food and staff were excellent. They offer dine-in service with social distancing measures in place, as well as outdoor seating. All employees wore masks, which made me feel very comfortable while dining there!
The seating was outdoors on a beautiful day, with a lovely gentle breeze. My family felt a bit chilly at first, but our waitress kindly turned on a heater, which enhanced our experience. Thank you so much!
The pretzels are consistently soft and warm when I get them. My only complaint is that they only fill the cup halfway with the beer cheese.

The cheeseburger was amazing, but once again, it didn't come with a salad.
