I ordered the Roast Beef supper sandwich with mashed potatoes and a house salad extra tomatoes. However, the salad arrived without any tomatoes. When I requested more, only a few small pieces were added. Later, my server Brittany brought a couple of very thin tomato slices. The meal was okay, and I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with a fellow diner named Tony, who seemed familiar with many staff members. Brittany seemed quite busy and was also serving customers near the bar. I would have preferred a bit more attention, as she appeared eager to finish her shift and leave.
I placed an online order, but when I received my food, it was not hot—it felt like it had been sitting out for a while. The bone-in double crunch sweet Asian Chile sauce chicken wings were disappointing; they were soggy and lacked the crunch I expected, resembling the frozen buffalo or BBQ wings you might buy at the store and heat up in the microwave. I returned them, but the replacement wings were still not crunchy—they had no seasoning and were just as soft in texture as the previous ones, similar to wet buffalo wings. Not a single wing had the crunch I was hoping for.
The all-you-can-eat boneless wings, served with their well-known coleslaw and unlimited fries for just $12.99, is an amazing deal! However, during our second visit at 5:15 PM, we ordered four all-you-can-eat meals and were disappointed to learn they had run out of coleslaw. Surprisingly, we were also told that we would only get one serving of the unlimited fries. When I asked if there was any alternative for the coleslaw, they said no substitutions were allowed. I'm not sure what's happening with their service lately.
I ordered only cold food, which was unbelievable. I was so frustrated that I requested to speak with a manager. I ended up wasting $50 on two entrées, an appetizer, and two children's meals. My drink was just as disappointing. Even though I still tipped the waitress because it felt like the right thing to do, I made sure to let her know that my food was served cold.

If you’re seeking consistently cold fries and don’t mind finding your curbside order left inside to get cold and stale, Applebee’s is the place for you! As usual, the service and accountability in Norf County leave much to be desired. If you plan to dine out, I recommend exploring the menu farther west instead.
The waitress was attentive and my meal was enjoyable, but my daughter discovered a large piece of plastic in her chicken and shrimp dish. They did remove her meal from the bill, and the manager offered a sincere apology, but seriously—plastic? This needs to be addressed.
I?ve gotten really good food from this location on multiple occasions. This review is more so about the Togo staff. Order is ALWAYS missing something so double check your food! Also the honey mustard is never full.. literally got one that was this empty when I opened it.
Ordered boneless wings brought out two different plates they were cold. The manage came over and fixed them himself. They were nice and hot. I did enjoy the dinner and the service.

I had a great dinner this evening. I ordered the appetizer sampler, which has a new name now, but it's still the same dish I love to get. It was delicious!
