Mother 's Day May 8 2022 was a disaster because of the mediocrity and racism of this place. This place took nothing less than a nose dive into oblivion post-Covid. Everything from the minute you walk in is disgusting. The people who greet you at the doors are not focused and confused. We sat down and the african american/ middle eastern waiter who was serving all the tables on our row skipped us. We just sat there for 15 minutes waiting for him to approach us then I realized he was racist. My family and I were white and the families around me were people of color and that was the reason. I am very happy with this apfelbees location! the staff there is the best notch. I had the pleasure, caitlin t as my server this day. She was so thoughtful and extremely bubbly! I had a hard day, so I told her a little bit about my story (servers are how therapists are right? anyway, when I pour out my heart over my son vater (you can see where this story was overwritten they suggested, which meal would be best! had a really good experience. the new location looks modern and great. we sat at the bar, our server/bar channel shannon was really cool, and take care of us well. the drinks she made were great, and I thought the food we got was very good. the place feels very open and clean and spacious. also has a beautiful outside area. very happy with what we experienced this day. Thank you.
Worse experience ever here at Applebee’s. First, we waited 35 minutes before someone came to seat us and she walked by 4 times. Secondly, there was a piece of hair in my food it just made me sick to my stomach. Lastly, my child pasta was so dry and I asked for extra sauce. 0/10 won’t recommend at all.FYI: The utensils were dirty, there was something hard on my fork!!

Service was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and efficient. We went for Mother's day as this was my mother in law's choice. Each woman at the table received a Mother's day card with a coupon for a future visit. I thought that was a nice touch. Food was good and the overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone had a good time.
We had the most pleasant experience thanks to our waitress Ehizele. She was patient, kind understanding with our (autistic) sons sensory issues with foods, the food was better then I remember pre covid, my only issue is the crazy prices, it's a chain... but my kids love their reasonably priced fries, so I'll definitely be back.
The quality of the food was good, food came in a timely manner, and was hot but the service was sub par. Our empty plates were sitting there for over 20 mins, we had to ask for dessert, then the check. I would have liked our server to be a little more attentive
new location is better than the previous. stops and orders all 1/2 price apps and a few adult drinks. no worse place to hang out.
