The food was mediocre, but the poor service overshadowed everything. It was frustrating to see our waiter attend to every other table except ours. When we needed takeout boxes, we had to ask someone else, and the waiter didn’t even bring us the check; we had to figure that out on the tabletop screen ourselves. I've never experienced such terrible service before.

The 2 for 20 meal has been increased to 2 for 30, it 's quite obvious they are microwave dinners. Chicken and shrimp so overcooked and over seasoned you could taste the 6.5 minute timer on the microwave and salted to keep for 10 years at Winterfell.Whiskey burger was a 2 thick puck of burnt to the netherrealm hamburger, 20 oz beer is 8$ when a pint glass was the same size for 6$. if not visiting at happy hour (9pm-close) look elsewhere for plenty of options in Albany.
very unhappy with my very expensive order. the pulp and cheese sauce is really good in the but the cheese sauce was dreadfully watered! the burger drying the salate was watery and the hull was dry and barely. when they sell food, they do it right.
I think this was my best and favorite experience at an Applebee's! Our server Frankie was quick and friendly. I would recommend this location over Salem. All locations have good food though in my opinion and decently priced!

Lunch at Applebee's. The food is OK, nothing special. The baked potato was dry. The ribs were very fatty. The steak was all right. I might come back here again sometime. Takeaway: This place is fine for a casual lunch.

Without a doubt, they have the best drink selection in the city. The portions may be small, but they're just enough to satisfy me.
