We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for anyone to take our order, and then we waited an additional hour for our meals. We were dining with two young children under 5, and the long wait felt unbearable for them. The food quality was poor, and we had to speak to three different servers before they finally acknowledged that there was a mistake in the kitchen. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.
This is a nice, quiet restaurant located in the heart of downtown, featuring funky soft lighting that changes colors. The service was friendly, but it seemed like there was only one server on shift, and she appeared quite overwhelmed. My wife ordered the calamari, which was good, followed by the tuna, but it was overly marinated. I had the mussels, which were served piping hot; however, they had been left in the pan for too long and were a bit overcooked.
We decided to try this restaurant on Saturday night. What can we say about the excellent service!!! No server specifically assigned to our table, so the first one who came filled our glass of water, asked us if everything was ok, if we wanted another dish of mussels (all you can eat), etc. The servers were very friendly, the service was fast and the taste was very good!!
For the few cocktail choices available, it was disappointing the images were different from what we received. The food say it was not as good as expected, some people eat well and others don't. The pizza I do not recommend. And for the service, it depends as much one was very nice, the other waitress she was very stupid and unpleasant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The website drew us there. Was a big mistake the food was just ok not great. The service was very bad. The manager, bar tender, waitress and friends were very very loud at the bar as they did shots and ignored the patrons. They obviusly have a major problem witjh their employees. Would avoid
Very bad Organisation. Waited nearly 2h on the food, which was unfortunately not of the standard indicated by the relatively high prices.Tuna overcooked, Fish Chips very dry and more batter than fish and a very small portion for the 28$ Carbonara.
My favorite restaurant in Trois-Rivières! The food and service are both excellent! I absolutely love this place. Everything is perfect! I highly recommend trying the sharing platter!
