Today at 4:50 I had an unpleasant situation. I was standing in line to buy a few things, there was only one customer in front of me. The lady with short hair served the man, then completely ignored me and went to put the goods on the shelves. I stood there and patiently waited for the lady to kindly come and serve me. When 5 minutes had passed, I politely apologized to the lady for disturbing her, but I wanted to buy cigarettes. The lady looked at me with contempt and then turned her back so I left... I don't understand what happened, do you not like women or what? I hope someone from management reads this and explains the matter. Regards
Good morning I was just there and wanted to have rolls. There weren't 4 rolls in the display and I asked if I could have some of the baked rolls. The saleswoman immediately told me that there were still rolls in the display. I asked what the problem was to give me fresh ones and her opinion on it: then all customers do it like that. She gave me 2 crousins and 2 more rolls, Slammed the bag on the counter and said that I should get my rolls somewhere else in the future. And believe that I'll do that now too. Thank you for the rolls
Ich war gerade an der Tankstelle und wollte bezahlen. Ich stand ein paar Minuten an der Kasse und schaute die Dame an, bis sie mich fragte, was ich wollte. Sie sagte sehr unhöflich: „Was wollen Sie?“ Daraufhin antwortete ich, dass ich bezahlen möchte, worauf sie sehr wütend sagte, dass die Kasse geschlossen sei. Ich entgegnete, dass ich das nicht wissen konnte, worauf sie in einem unfreundlichen Ton hinwies, dass es groß angezeigt sei. So eine unfreundliche Kassiererin habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.
Hallo, ich war vor 10 Minuten dort und die Verkäuferin hat nicht einmal Hallo gesagt. Sie hat deutlich zweimal "moin moin" gesagt. Wenn sie keine Lust auf diesen Job hat, sollte sie woanders hingehen. Man erwartet einen anständigen Service, wenn man die Tankstelle betritt, und sonst war niemand dort außer mir. Tschüss!
