The quality of this restaurant has declined significantly. The customer service is terrible. The staff speaks with an attitude, and on one occasion, a woman squished my cakes into a small box. When I politely requested a larger box, she threw them onto the counter in a rude manner. This is not the first time I've experienced such poor service. It's truly disappointing!
The prices here are way too high and definitely not justified. I bought two boxes of fruit tarts—one for a friend's house and one to take home—and it cost around $56 for two boxes of small tarts. Unfortunately, they didn't even taste good or fresh. Additionally, this place doesn't display prices on most of their items, which is really frustrating.
Got a cappuccino cake for my birthday for the first time and it was terrible. Would never go back there again. The cake was old and not spongy. I wont recommend this place.
The management regarding the baking of a popular bread called BARBARI leaves much to be desired. There is consistently a lengthy and avoidable wait for this type of bread. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a great place for pastries and food. Everything's always fresh and delicious. It's one of the few bakeries I've been to that's been consistent with their quality.
Customer service was great but the cake was kinda dry but will try again to see if that the case all the time
Best walnut nazook! Their selection of goodies is delicious and gorgeous. Very clean and bright bakery.
