we didn't have enough hunger to take a full menu. That's why it's the idea of taking only one dish. It was the trout, and now, surprise. cooking was perfect, the main ridge was lifted, which allowed to appreciate the nets almost without edges. a dream, especially since the presentation of the plates was worthy of establishments in the firmament of some guides. to avoid the mini baskets of fries served as a vegetable because the frame and atmosphere are those of a brewery mainly frequented by local business employees. warm welcome, very friendly staff, atypical place and very nice. The fondue is very good, only weak point I would say the quality of the perch nets and the cooking not controlled, much too cooked. But I had a nice time.
