I don't even know where to begin. The restroom was filthy, with a clogged toilet and toilet paper all over the floor. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with no smiles or offers of assistance. The dining area was dirty, with open containers and an empty tea dispenser. When I asked for tea, they poured it from a container behind the counter onto the customer-facing counter. The manager reprimanded the staff in front of customers and children. The kitchen was messy, with food on the floor and staff handling food improperly. Narby is usually a great dining option with quick service, fresh meals, and friendly staff. However, my family and I had a different experience yesterday. When we arrived, we stood in line but no one acknowledged us, and we were left waiting with no confirmation. Eventually, we placed our order but there was no receipt provided. When I asked for one, the cashier was unhelpful. It's unclear if the staff at the front need more training or if they were purposely avoiding customers during busy lunch hours. As someone who has worked in customer service, a simple apology and acknowledgment goes a long way. Customers can choose to be patient or dine elsewhere, but ignoring them is not the solution.

Absolutely the nastiest Arbys I have ever been too. Also the cashiers cursing at the order register. They bathrooms were unkept, food and trash under and around nearly every table. The condiment counter had slime residue under and near the tea dispensers. Behind the counter, food and trash all over the floor. You might expect this from a super busy restaurant but that is not the case here. I never write reviews here but felt this time is was warranted. I hope the owner will ensure the manager of this business can improve.

The floor was sticky and rough, the tables were dirty, and despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. Even the drive-thru customers got their food before us, along with people who arrived after us. When we inquired about the long wait, we were told that there was only one person working in the kitchen. FROM A CURRENT EMPLOYEE!I want to apologize to all past and future customers! I’m new here and have been trying my hardest to keep all customers happy and that they get their order in a timely and correct fashion! It’s hard when very few of us employees care about the job and are trying to pick up all slack from coworkers especially when we have people walking out during busy hours! Please be patient with us! I enjoy eating in this arby’s, but my recent visit was all that was pleasant. the personal was very unprofessional. they laugh and joking while they completely dismiss the customers. the manager, himself, participated a lot in her shenanigans. the food was cold and old, the drinks were flat. I was very disappointed and doubtful that I will return soon.

Every time I come here and order food the food tastes old, and it’s always wrong like today I ordered a combo and I got my drink and sandwich but I didn’t get my fries. Arby’s was my first job and when I work there they had a standard to meet customers needs and to ensure orders were done correctly I’m sad to see that they have gone so far downhill.
